Finally, training
without the overthinking.

Tare is your AI training partner. It builds the plan, tracks every lift, and adjusts the next session based on how you actually trained. Less thinking. More lifting.

Tare body fat scan result: 21.4% today, projected 14.8% in twelve weeks.

01 / What Tare does

Three photos. One coach. A plan that moves.

Tare gives you the useful parts of a coach without making the app feel like homework: a starting read, a session plan, and adjustments based on what actually happened in the gym.

— 01 / Scan
Three photos to start.

Front, side, back. Vision AI reads your body fat, scores your posture, and projects twelve weeks out. No scale. No caliper.

— 02 / Train
Milo coaches every session.

Real lifts. Real numbers. Pre-session check-in. Built-in rest timer. Milo remembers what you did yesterday.

— 03 / Adapt
The plan adjusts overnight.

Pushed hard? Tomorrow deloads. Felt fresh? Tomorrow progresses. The phase moves session-to-session, not month-to-month.

02 / The actual app

The loop, without the long tour.

Body scan, Milo, live workout logging, and adaptive programming are the core loop. Everything else supports that.

Adaptive training

This is where Tare stops being a logger.

Milo reads your RPE numbers and tunes tomorrow's weights. Pushed too hard? He backs off. Felt fresh? He progresses. The plan moves after the set, not four weeks later.

Body scan

Front, side, back.

Vision AI estimates body fat, scores posture, and gives you a starting line you can see.

Milo

A coach with memory.

Ask about the plan, the lift, or the stuck point. Milo knows your numbers and your last session.

Live workout

Set, rep, weight, RPE.

Fast logging, rest timer, haptics, and the only data Tare needs to make the next session better.

03 / Why this, not that

Three reasons most fitness apps lose you.

The plan
Every other app
Templated four-week block. Resets on week five like nothing happened. Same plan whether you slept four hours or eight.
Tare
Adaptive phase. Adjusts session-to-session based on RPE, recovery, and what you told Milo yesterday.
The coach
Every other app
A chatbot bolted on top. No memory of last session. Generic advice you could get from a Reddit thread.
Tare
Milo. Persistent memory of your program, your numbers, your injuries. Talks to you like a coach you've worked with for months.
The logging
Every other app
Paper notebook in app form. Numbers go in. Nothing comes back out.
Tare
Writes to Apple Health. Feeds Milo. Closes your rings. Every set tightens tomorrow's plan.
What lifters are saying

Reviews from the first lifters in.

A quick proof point, not another long section.

Finally an app that actually listens.

Told Milo my left shoulder was tweaked Wednesday morning. Thursday's session opened with rotator cuff work and dropped my pressing volume by 15%. No other app does this.

Scan was scarily accurate.

Got a DEXA the same week as my first Tare scan. DEXA said 14.2%, Tare said 13.8%. Three photos. No equipment. Still trying to figure out how it works that well.

Daniel R.May 7
No more month-five reset.

Six years of training apps that throw away everything every four weeks. Tare just keeps building. Week 8 and the program still knows my numbers from week 1.

04 / Pricing

Paid from day zero. No free trial.

We don't run a free trial because we're not interested in tire-kickers, and you shouldn't trust an app that hopes you forget to cancel. If you're going to train seriously, $79.99 a year is less than one month with a real coach used to cost.

05 / Questions

What people ask before they download.

Yes. You can skip it and Milo builds your plan from the metrics you enter during onboarding. The scan adds context, not a gate. You can run a scan later anytime from the home tab.
Tell Milo. He'll work inside what you're doing, log it, and surface signal you might miss. You don't have to abandon a plan that's already working. Tare is happy being the tool, not the plan.
Yes. Settings · Subscription · Cancel. Apple handles the billing, so cancellation is one tap and one confirm. Your data stays accessible until the period ends.
Not yet. iOS only at launch. Android is on the roadmap once Tare has a real iOS user base. No ETA we'd trust you to bank on, so we're not faking one.
Sent to OpenAI's vision API for body fat estimation, then discarded from that request. OpenAI does not use API data to train models. Originals are stored encrypted in our database and you can delete them anytime from Settings · Account · Delete data.
Yes. We launched at $9.99/mo and $79.99/yr to keep friction low while we build. Prices go up once we have a real user base. If you're going to stick with Tare for a year, lock the annual now.
